We design the system, build it, fit the controls, and run it. Traceability, privacy, human review and audit come as standard, not as options. You get one proposal with one number, and the running of the system is in the number. No second negotiation six months in.
Advice that survives a slide deck is common. We build for the storm of production and scale, where the system meets real documents, real volumes and real people on a bad day. And we stage-gate capital release: each stage is funded against demonstrated working functionality, so your money is never more than one step ahead of the evidence.

A production system built around your workflow. Hosting in your environment, or private Australian hosting where selected. The controls fitted as standard. Operation, monitoring and quarterly review included in the quoted price.

How delivery is controlled
Every Build has named acceptance criteria, a data-handling note, a support model, review points, logging, and a continuity plan before production use. If the Proof does not produce enough evidence to quote honestly, we do not quote the Build.
