The Board Session
A$5,000, all in.
Your board sends its questions ahead. Every one comes back answered in writing. Then ninety minutes in the room, and you leave with decisions, not a presentation.
One week, end to end.

When does the option to renew have to be exercised?
Written notice must be given no earlier than twelve and no later than six months before the term ends. The term ends 30 June 2027, so the window runs 30 June 2026 to 30 December 2026.

"The Tenant may renew the Lease by giving the Landlord written notice not less than six (6) months and not more than twelve (12) months before the expiry of the Term."
General assistants read across your files and return an answer. As a rule they do not show which line produced it.
Tools built for drafting and summarising are fine for drafting and summarising. For a decision that carries liability, the source is the point.
Sourcetrace answers, then shows the clause.
Contracts, leases, reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, operational records.
Ask a question, get an answer a board can read.
Document, page, clause. Nothing asserted without a line behind it, and every dated obligation surfaced before it passes.
Sourcetrace includes the document-structure engine Lumen & Lever uses before model work begins. It preserves layout, tables, annotations and page evidence before anything reaches a model. The controls are set out in the standard.
The structure-preserving approach behind Sourcetrace started as rtfstruct, an open-source parser that reads Rich Text Format as a structured document tree rather than as plain text. That public lineage matters because traceability starts before a model sees the material.
rtfstruct is published under Apache-2.0. Inspect the source repository, cite the archived v0.1.1 release using DOI 10.5281/zenodo.21781834, and read why we built rtfstruct.
Every lease read and reconciled to source: option windows, rent reviews, make-good and outgoings, each answer tied to its clause.
Every entitlement and claim traced to the clause behind it, with the chronology assembled from the site record.
Any organisation whose decisions live in contracts, reports, spreadsheets and records. If the work is document-heavy, it is in scope.
